Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate municipal policies aligned with strategic goals
- Analyze complex socioeconomic data to inform legislative recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on implementation strategies
- Present findings to City Council and community stakeholders
- Monitor policy effectiveness and prepare impact assessments
- Manage grant-funded projects related to public initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government or non-profit policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with municipal budget processes
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required for federal clearance
