Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare policies and recommend evidence-based solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years policy analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SAS, or Stata)
- Deep knowledge of Texas healthcare regulations and Medicaid programs
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with public health emergency response planning preferred
