Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex policy issues across healthcare, education, and economic development

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Stata)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing state-level policy solutions
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Knowledge of Texas legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Valid Texas driver's license
- US citizenship required
