Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research for policy recommendations
- Develop concise executive summaries for senior leadership
- Coordinate interagency task forces and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor policy implementation outcomes and adjust strategies
- Prepare testimony and briefings for congressional hearings
- Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal government or policy analysis experience
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling
- Proficiency with policy research databases (e.g., OMB, GAO)
- Strong writing skills for policy briefs and reports
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Experience with federal budget processes and procurement
