Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic policies aligned with NYC's long-term goals

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced statistical methods

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit
- Expertise in NYC municipal operations and policy landscape
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated success in translating complex data into actionable recommendations
- Strong written/oral communication skills with policy writing samples
- Valid New York State driver's license (if required for field work)
