Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Ohio state legislative processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
