Responsibilities
- Analyze complex municipal policies and recommend evidence-based improvements

- Monitor legislative changes and assess impacts on San Diego residents
- Maintain compliance with California Government Code requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of California municipal governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license
