Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and evaluate complex public health policies and regulations
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for legislative initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders including legislators, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and testimony for public hearings
- Monitor implementation of health policies and assess impact outcomes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health policy analysis or government affairs
- Expertise in healthcare systems, health equity, or Medicaid policy
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software
- Experience with Washington State legislative processes and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
