Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for healthcare access and equity programs
- Analyze complex healthcare data trends and legislative implications
- Collaborate with state agencies, legislators, and community stakeholders
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and legislative testimony
- Oversee implementation of new healthcare regulations
- Manage grant-funded research projects and reporting
- Lead cross-departmental task forces on emerging health issues
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Expertise in healthcare policy and Massachusetts Medicaid programs
- Advanced data analysis and statistical modeling skills
- Exceptional written/verbal communication abilities
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of MA state government operations
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license required
