Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and draft actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced statistical tools
- Collaborate with legislative committees to develop evidence-based solutions
- Manage stakeholder engagement across state agencies and public sectors
- Oversee implementation of policy initiatives with measurable KPIs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries for decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional teams on high-impact projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and data visualization
- Demonstrated success in developing legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks
- Superior written/oral communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing budgets over $1M and complex stakeholder relationships
- Georgia state residency required within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide
