Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legislation and regulatory frameworks to develop actionable policy recommendations
- Lead cross-departmental task forces on infrastructure, healthcare, and environmental initiatives
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership using data visualization tools
- Oversee $2M+ grant programs ensuring compliance and measurable outcomes
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining compliance with state ethics guidelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau for policy impact modeling
- Active Colorado government security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proven track record of implementing statewide policy initiatives
