Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government technology policy or public sector IT
- Deep knowledge of California state regulations and procurement processes
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with policy-making experience
- Valid California driver's license
