Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SAS)
- Demonstrated success with legislative budget processes
- Valid Tennessee government security clearance
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Tennessee Sunshine Law compliance
- Certified Public Policy Analyst (CPPA) preferred
