Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government sector
- Expertise in quantitative analysis, budget modeling, and statistical methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Deep knowledge of California's legislative process and administrative frameworks
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills for diverse audiences
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional travel to state facilities)
