- Analyze complex urban policy issues and draft actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R/SPSS)
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Minnesota's legislative processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Master's degree preferred
