Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for legislative stakeholders
- Monitor federal policy developments and assess implications for Ohio
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing public health, education, or infrastructure
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proficient with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Ohio state government operations
- Superior written/verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Active Ohio driver's license
