- Analyze state fiscal policies using advanced statistical modeling and economic forecasting
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs for legislative committees and executive leadership
- Collaborate with agency heads to align budgets with strategic priorities
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Monitor federal grant opportunities and manage compliance documentation
- Mentor junior analysts on policy research methodologies
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in R, Python, or SAS for quantitative analysis
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma's budget processes and legislative procedures
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Professional certification (e.g., CPFA, MPA) preferred
- Active Oklahoma security clearance or ability to obtain
