Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience required
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Proven track record of developing successful municipal policy frameworks
- Texas driver's license and ability to travel to city facilities
- Superior written/verbal communication skills with technical audiences
- Professional certification in Public Policy (CPPP) preferred
