Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex urban policy issues affecting Boston communities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for city council and mayoral office
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholder briefings
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Monitor federal/state legislative developments impacting municipal operations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Massachusetts state and federal policy frameworks
