Responsibilities
- Analyze complex social policy issues and develop evidence-based recommendations
- Prepare legislative briefs, reports, and testimony for state officials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy initiatives
- Monitor federal and state legislation affecting vulnerable populations
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using advanced analytical tools
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and public consultation
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Oklahoma state government operations
