Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulations to inform policy recommendations
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and data analysis for evidence-based policy development
- Collaborate with agency leadership, legislators, and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare concise policy briefs and legislative testimony for executive review

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis (SPSS/R/Python) and qualitative research methods
- Deep knowledge of New York State legislative processes and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with demonstrated briefing experience
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes projects with competing priorities
