Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts using advanced quantitative methods
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for cabinet-level officials
- Coordinate inter-agency task forces on cross-functional initiatives
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholder groups
- Manage $2M+ budget allocations for program implementation
- Lead cross-departmental compliance audits
- Mentor junior analysts on public sector best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (R, Python, SPSS)
- Active Georgia government security clearance
- Experience with Georgia Legislative Assembly processes
- Proven track record of policy implementation success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Georgia driver's license
