Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues across healthcare, education, and transportation sectors
- Develop legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks aligned with state strategic goals
- Collaborate with legislators, agency leaders, and stakeholder groups
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proven track record of drafting successful legislation or regulations
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R)
- Strong understanding of Colorado state government operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
