Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy proposals using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Develop legislative recommendations and impact assessments for state agencies
- Coordinate intergovernmental stakeholder engagements across 77 Oklahoma counties
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefings for executive leadership and legislative committees
- Monitor federal policy changes affecting Oklahoma's implementation framework
- Lead cross-functional teams on special policy initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Stata, SPSS)
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma's legislative and regulatory processes
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and public engagement
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Clear background check and state security clearance
