Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate municipal policies aligned with Atlanta's strategic goals
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Lead cross-functional task forces and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries for city leadership
- Monitor federal/state legislative trends affecting local governance
- Manage policy implementation timelines and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Experience with Atlanta municipal government or Georgia state agencies preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with executive audience experience
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
