Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop policy recommendations using quantitative and qualitative research
- Prepare concise executive briefings for department leadership
- Coordinate interagency task forces on cross-cutting initiatives
- Monitor federal policy changes affecting Oklahoma operations
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with state transparency laws
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years government or policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma's legislative processes
- Strong quantitative research and statistical modeling skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
