Responsibilities
- Analyze economic data to develop actionable policy recommendations for Memphis region
- Collaborate with local government agencies and community stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative review
- Oversee grant programs supporting small business development
- Monitor federal/state compliance for economic incentive programs
- Lead cross-functional task forces on urban revitalization projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government policy analysis
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R) and GIS mapping
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement in Memphis region
- Knowledge of Tennessee economic incentive programs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
