Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated success in presenting complex fiscal concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Expert knowledge of California's governmental budget processes
- Valid California driver's license
