Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive policy research and analysis for federal initiatives impacting Georgia communities
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement federal programs in the Southeast region
- Prepare detailed policy briefs, reports, and testimony for congressional stakeholders
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts on federal operations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of federal policy analysis or government relations experience
- Expertise in legislative analysis and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce complex policy documents
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Deep understanding of Georgia's political landscape and federal-state dynamics
