Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex state policies for legislative compliance and impact assessment
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for cabinet-level officials
- Coordinate interagency initiatives on healthcare, education, and infrastructure
- Prepare comprehensive briefings and testimony for legislative committees
- Manage stakeholder engagements with community leaders and industry partners
- Oversee implementation of new state regulations across South Florida
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (SPSS, R)
- Deep knowledge of Florida state legislative processes
- Proven track record of drafting successful legislation or regulations
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
