Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for workforce development initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Texas workforce programs and labor laws
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Texas driver's license
