Responsibilities
- Lead research and policy development for equitable zoning reforms
- Analyze demographic and economic data to inform land-use decisions

- Oversee environmental impact assessments and climate adaptation strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and manage cross-functional project teams
- Monitor federal/state policy changes affecting NYC's development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in municipal government or urban planning
- Expertise in NYC zoning regulations and land-use procedures
- Advanced proficiency in GIS software and data visualization tools
- Proven track record of leading community engagement initiatives
- Strong writing skills with published policy reports or legislation
- Valid NYS driver's license (required for field site visits)
