Qualifications

- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ohio residency required (or willingness to relocate within 30 days)
