Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or Finance (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector

- Proven track record of developing legislation or regulatory frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of NY state budget processes and fiscal law
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with executive audiences
- NY State residency required within 30 days of hire
