Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability and security.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that integrate quantum computing capabilities with legacy infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks early in the development lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, conducting code reviews to ensure maintainability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Quantum/AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced AI model deployment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
