Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure for federal contracts.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in accordance with agency requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment between clients, team members, and executive leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and internal quality standards.
- Mentor junior project managers and lead team performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, or CAPM) required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing federal government contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical reporting.
