Responsibilities
- Develop and implement county-wide public health emergency response protocols
- Oversee vaccine distribution and testing program logistics
- Collaborate with community partners to address health disparities
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy decisions
- Manage $2M+ public health grant budgets and reporting
- Lead cross-departmental crisis response task forces
- Present findings to county commissioners and media stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 5+ years in government/public health leadership
- Experience managing emergency response programs
- Strong data analysis and grant management skills
- Minnesota Public Health Administrator certification
- Proven crisis communication abilities
- Knowledge of health equity frameworks
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
