Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive public health programs targeting community wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with CDC guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and state health mandates
- Lead inter-agency collaborations with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and implement response protocols
- Manage departmental budget allocations and grant funding applications
- Supervise public health staff and coordinate emergency preparedness activities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Healthcare Administration
- Expertise in epidemiological data analysis and health policy implementation
- Strong budget management experience with government funding sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel to community sites
