Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health data to identify trends and inform policy recommendations
- Develop and implement community health improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with state/federal agencies on public health compliance
- Lead stakeholder engagement with community organizations
- Manage grant-funded programs and reporting requirements
- Conduct health impact assessments for city projects
- Represent the department in intergovernmental forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of public health policy analysis experience
- Advanced statistical analysis skills (R/SAS/Python)
- Experience with CDC/PHAB standards and frameworks
- Knowledge of Minnesota public health regulations
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Grant management experience preferred
