Responsibilities
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and surveillance for communicable diseases
- Analyze population health data to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health intervention programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for state leadership
- Coordinate with local health departments and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal/state public health regulations and standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of public health analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SAS/R/SPSS)
- Strong knowledge of OH public health systems and regulations
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- PH certification (CPH) preferred
