Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data and prepare comprehensive health impact reports
- Develop evidence-based public health interventions for vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for health crises
- Collaborate with community organizations to implement health education programs
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Present findings to policymakers and community stakeholders
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to address social determinants of health
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health analysis or program management
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and GIS mapping
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA and California public health regulations
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
