Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and inform policy recommendations
- Develop evidence-based public health interventions for vulnerable populations
- Coordinate interagency responses to public health emergencies
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $2M+ annually
- Present findings to executive leadership and community stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8+ public health professionals
- Ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations (HIPAA, PHAB)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive public health analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS)
- Proven experience managing federal/state health grants
- Knowledge of Washington State public health code (RCW 43.20)
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- PH certification (CPH) preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to health equity initiatives
