Responsibilities
- Lead real-time analysis of syndromic surveillance data for 15+ healthcare facilities

- Design interactive dashboards for public health officials and emergency management teams
- Present findings to legislative stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Train 50+ public health workers on new data visualization platforms
- Ensure HIPAA compliance while managing sensitive population health data
Qualifications
- Master's in Public Health, Biostatistics, or Data Science with 5+ years' experience
- Expertise in R/Python with proven portfolio of health data projects
- FDA/CDC compliance certification or equivalent public health credentials
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI for public health dashboards
- Experience managing multi-agency emergency response data systems
- Knowledge of Washington State public health regulations and NIMS protocols
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance within 30 days of hire
