Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive communications experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in crisis communication protocols and media relations
- Advanced proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
