Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end design and construction of municipal infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT and federal safety standards
- Prepare detailed project budgets and progress reports
- Conduct field inspections and quality assurance reviews
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, and finance
- Develop innovative solutions for urban infrastructure challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of public works or municipal engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS systems
- Strong project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
