Responsibilities
- Manage complex child welfare cases involving abuse/neglect investigations
- Develop and implement family reunification plans with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners
- Prepare court reports and testify in juvenile dependency proceedings
- Train and mentor junior social workers on best practices
- Utilize statewide automated systems for case documentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from accredited institution
- Valid California LCSW license
- 3+ years child welfare or family services experience
- Courtroom testimony experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of California welfare and institutions codes
- Clean driving record and valid CA driver's license
