Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system designs.
- Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning, development, and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
- Ensure all system developments adhere to strict state security compliance standards and architectural guidelines.
- Perform system integration testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various state departments to prioritize feature development and optimize user workflows.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or project management within the public sector or enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, .NET, or Python, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) highly desired.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certification in PMP, TOGAF, or similar frameworks is a plus.
