Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud server infrastructure (Windows Server and Linux).
- Implement and enforce security protocols compliant with NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting system performance and uptime.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory environments and Identity Management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions for government clients.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform regular system audits and vulnerability assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and client interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven government contracting environment.
