Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the state's core server, storage, and virtualization environments.
  • System Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement patches and updates to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Cybersecurity Compliance: Enforce strict security protocols, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with federal and state cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST).
