Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise software solutions that align with state government standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding developers, project managers, and subject matter expertsâto define functional requirements and system specifications.
- Conduct thorough system testing, performance tuning, and security audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and system requirements to facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with system upgrades and deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or database administration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern web development frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
